These cloth and plaster relief forms on canvas represent the beginning of my commitment to making art, by showing my desire to move off the two-dimensional page, and to start exploring three-dimensionality in sculpture. Art is a commitment that one has to delve into full-heartedly, otherwise experimentation and the adventure of the creative process are lost.
